• KLEINS do not accommodate individual consumers. (i.e. you are not purchasing for your business) All processed orders are treated as Business Orders. And your rights as a consumer are not enforced and/or warranted when dealing with KLEINS. We may decline to accept an order. In these circumstances, any payments made will be fully refunded.

Although we don't deliver to addresses outside the UK, One can still order and perhaps have the goods sent to a UK addressee, who can then forward the same onto another destination.

• Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™1st Class is £4.00 (This is not a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery)

• Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day is £12.50 (Guaranteed Delivery Weekdays ONLY, before 1.00pm)

• Orders placed after 4pm weekdays (or over The Weekend) will be dispatched the next working day. 

• Working Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.)

Alternative Delivery Address

• Orders addressed and/or named for other then the original purchaser are delivered at the bequest of the originators instructions. KLEINS accepts no such responsibility for goods not received under these circumstances.
