• Pricing is exclusive of VAT

Account Facilities

• All Teaching Institutions are preferenced for Automatic Account Facilities. Please do contact The Showroom Directly in this regard.

Consumers

• KLEINS do not accommodate individual consumers. (i.e. you are not purchasing for your business) Whilst we are unable to stop individuals ordering, all processed orders are treated as Business Orders. And your rights as a consumer are not enforced and/or warranted when dealing with KLEINS. We may decline to accept an order. In these circumstances, any payments made will be fully refunded.

Delivery Destinations

• KLEINS deliver to UK mainland addresses and to; Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly) Scotland (including the Orkney and Shetland Islands) and Wales.

Ordering Within The UK

• Orders within The UK are Processed Weekdays and Dispatched via Royal Mail. The cost of delivery is £4.00 (being combined with our Order Processing Charges.) And remains levied, regardless of packet size and/or order value.

Delivery Term

• We dispatch orders using The Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™  (First Class). Delivery in the UK is usually the next day but is not guaranteed.

Alternative Delivery Address

• Orders addressed and/or named for other then the original purchaser are delivered at the bequest of the originators instructions. KLEINS accepts no such responsibility for goods not received under these circumstances.

Ordering Outside The UK

•  We ONLY Dispatch & Process Order Within The UK Mainland.

Refunds

• KLEINS Do Not Operate an Automatic Refund and/or Exchange Policy.
